Many decide to have their child or children looked after in a daycare center (Kita). Others, however, prefer an individual solution at the child's place of residence, in familiar surroundings.

Our association specializes in nanny placements from a workload of 60% to max. 100% in Northwestern Switzerland and supports its members throughout Switzerland.

familea offers in cooperation with babysitting24.ch offers a nanny service where nannies can be placed in a targeted manner. The nannies are checked by babysitting24.ch for authenticity and compliance with the guidelines. familea also carefully checks all nannies in a further process for their suitability and experience in childcare before they are suggested to the family. Many nannies are bilingual or multilingual. If required, they can also take on minor or major household tasks.

If a child is looked after by a nanny at their place of residence, they can continue to maintain their social contacts in the neighborhood or village; the parents in turn know that their child is in good, reliable hands. Nanny agreements are often of a long-term nature, which favors the development and maintenance of a good relationship of trust between child, parents and nanny.

If the nanny and family reach an agreement, familea provides personal advice, sample contracts, information on social insurance and other relevant questions. The contract is then concluded directly between the family and the nanny. The gross hourly wage for a nanny is usually between CHF 25 and CHF 36 per hour, depending on age and qualifications. Contracts can be concluded on an hourly basis or with a fixed workload and monthly salary.

Nannies can also be booked by companies to look after children at selected events, such as trade fairs, congresses, exhibitions, corporate, sporting and cultural events, etc.

Contact

Claudia Meyer
Nanny placement advice
Phone +41 61 260 82 10
angebote@familea.ch

Unsere Nannies ermöglichen eine ganz persönliche Betreuung am Wohnort des Kindes familea berät Eltern zu allen Themen rund um die Betreuung ihrer Kinder.
