At this year's management event, over 50 managers from all areas of familea came together to address the topic of positive leadership - an approach that focuses on strengths, trust and cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We worked together on a common understanding of leadership, took on board new ideas, reflected on them and discussed the following questions in depth: What does leadership mean at familea? How can we provide orientation, strengthen trust and grow together, even in challenging times?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thank you to <\/a>Odette Haefeli, who - as in the mission statement process - guided us through the afternoon with her inspiring moderation and valuable impulses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organization was in the hands of our HR team - <\/a>Jeannine Zuber and <\/a>Jacqueline Baumgartner, who have created a space for genuine exchange with a great deal of commitment and passion. Thank you very much!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main takeaways were energy, perspectives - and the clear goal of continuing to shape leadership at familea proactively and positively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
