Social pedagogy HF / FH

As a social pedagogy specialist HF / FH at familea, you will work in the Lindenberg youth hostel, the Im Vogelsang transit home or in one of the decentralized residential groups.

A high level of social skills, the ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience are essential.

Your ability to provide creative and responsible care and your willingness to work shifts and go to camp will make a significant contribution to supporting the children and young people.

These are your tasks:
Accompany children and young people in everyday life, challenges and crisis situations
Take responsibility as a caregiver and work together with specialist agencies and the community in a solution-oriented manner
Create reports and logs, conduct correspondence in the client system
Play an active role in shaping team life and get involved across the group - even at weekends, during vacations or during activities
Get involved in change processes and contribute creative ideas
What you bring with you:
You have a degree in social pedagogy (FH/HF)* and ideally experience in residential child and youth care
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in residential child and youth care.
You are familiar with caregiver work and networking
You work independently, reliably and with initiative
You have fun, a sense of humor and a good feeling for working with children and young people
You have social skills, resilience and motivation
You are flexible and willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends, and take part in warehouses

(*) In the case of foreign diplomas, a confirmation of equivalence from the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI must be enclosed.

Social Work FH

As a social work specialist, you support women in difficult life situations and accompany foster families. You work in the areas of counseling, support and networking - in women's counseling or in the support of foster families.

A high level of social skills, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations are essential. With your commitment and expertise, you create a valuable basis for developing perspectives and opening up opportunities together.

You conduct interviews, make home visits and organize case discussions to strengthen resources together
You work on an interdisciplinary basis with specialist departments, authorities and other institutions
You document your cases carefully and complete administrative tasks confidently and routinely
Depending on the area of application, you will train and clarify foster families, accompany placement processes or moderate groups and contribute your knowledge to public relations work
What you bring with you:
You have a degree in social work or social pedagogy FH/HF*
You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of outplacement or counseling
You work in a solution-oriented, responsible and structured manner
You communicate confidently, are a team player and present yourself professionally
You are well versed in MS Office and administrative tasks
You are flexible and open to occasional evening or on-call assignments

(*) For foreign diplomas, a Swiss confirmation of equivalence is mandatory.
