It is very important to us at the Zentrum Pflegekinder Nordwestschweiz that you are doing well in your foster family. In every family there can sometimes be disagreements or arguments. This is not a bad thing and also happens in families without foster children. However, if you have the impression that your concerns are not being taken seriously, that you do not feel comfortable in the foster family or that you find situations "funny", then contact us.
We are available by phone from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00. You can also reach us by e-mail at any time. Of course we will treat your request confidentially!
