At the apprenticeship fair in Basel, we held over 90 discussions with interested young people about the profession of childcare specialist EFZ.

The Oberwilerstrasse residential group has redesigned its exterior wall together with ARTWITHUS. The result is a colorful graffiti that makes creativity, community and joie de vivre visible - for the young people and the entire neighborhood.

Our care specialists Aylin Kayhan and Anna Séquin made an impressive showing at SwissSkills in Bern - we are proud of their commitment and congratulate them warmly.

Councillor Mustafa Atici visited one of our familea daycare centers and discussed early childhood education, integration and vocational training with our specialists. The personal visit underlined the importance of strong networks - and was an appreciative signal for the daily work in our daycare centers.

From June 19 to 22, 2025, familea welcomed over 921 children and numerous parents to the Art Basel exhibition grounds as part of Art Kids - and created a protected, inspiring space for imagination, movement and encounters.

Discover art, play, be creative: With Art Kids, familea is designing the children's program at Art Basel for the first time - a lovingly supervised adventure space for children aged 4 to 12 with a creative studio, bouncy castle, play area and retreat. While adults enjoy art, young guests experience a great program.

The Ettingen daycare center has moved: Since June 2, 2025, the daycare center has been located at Hauptstrasse 23 in Ettingen, in the former BLKB building.

At this year's management event, over 50 managers from all areas of familea came together to address the topic of positive leadership.

The cultural days at the Wasgenring daycare center playfully sensitize the children to the diversity of cultures and languages.
