As a childcare specialist EFZ at familea, you will play a central role in the day-to-day care of children. You promote the individual development of the children through educational measures, organize creative activities and provide emotional support
Your tasks include providing care and support in everyday life, as well as working with parents and the team in a spirit of trust. You play a key role in ensuring that the children feel safe and secure and carefully document their progress.

As a childhood educator at familea, you are a central specialist for early childhood education, development and relationship building. You combine specialist knowledge, responsibility and heart and create an inspiring environment for children in which they can grow safely, discover courageously and become self-confident. In everyday life, you work with the team to create learning spaces, accompany the children sensitively and provide impulses that strengthen their development in the long term. With your in-depth knowledge of early childhood education, you bring professionalism to every situation - when playing, observing, planning and reflecting - and work closely with your team, parents and specialist agencies.
At the same time, you will make a significant contribution to pedagogical quality assurance: You will further develop concepts, evaluate everyday pedagogical practice and implement priorities in practice. At familea, you are not only an educational specialist, but can also play an important role in shaping the organization. You can support the daycare management as a deputy, take responsibility for conceptual and organizational issues, play a leading role in vocational training and participate in projects that promote quality, cooperation and innovation.
