Ideas competition: Empowering women - promoting economic independence!

We are launching a competition for new ideas

To mark familea's 125th anniversary, we are investing in the future of women.

The labor market is changing rapidly, especially under the influence of AI. We want to invest in innovative offers for women.

How do women achieve economic independence? How can we support women with their specific life circumstances in the long term and individually to enter or re-enter the primary labor market? What can we do to support women in their professional development, from the start of their careers to retirement age?

The focus is on women's personal skills and resources. What offers can be developed for long-term career prospects? Helping women to help themselves is the motto.

Join in for new ideas! What offers can be developed for familea or in cooperation?

The idea is submitted using the form below. Please submit a short project description (max. one A4 page).

The jury will decide which ideas will be further developed as concepts. Each of these will receive a prize of 2,000 Swiss francs.

The deadline for submissions is October 15, 2026.
