The labor market is changing rapidly, especially under the influence of AI. We want to invest in innovative offers for women.

How do women achieve economic independence? How can we support women with their specific life circumstances in the long term and individually to enter or re-enter the primary labor market? What can we do to support women in their professional development, from the start of their careers to retirement age?

The focus is on women's personal skills and resources. What offers can be developed for long-term career prospects? Helping women to help themselves is the motto.

The idea is submitted using the form below. Please submit a short project description (max. one A4 page).

Three ideas will be selected by a jury and will each receive a prize of CHF 2,000

The submission deadline is August 30, 2026.

The selected ideas are to be further developed and implemented as a concept. The concept development will be remunerated.
