At this year's management event, over 50 managers from all areas of familea came together to address the topic of positive leadership - an approach that focuses on strengths, trust and cooperation.
We worked together on a common understanding of leadership, took on board new ideas, reflected on them and discussed the following questions in depth: What does leadership mean at familea? How can we provide orientation, strengthen trust and grow together, even in challenging times?
A big thank you to Odette Haefeli, who - as in the mission statement process - guided us through the afternoon with her inspiring moderation and valuable impulses.
